Avery Pearson was born in Toronto, Canada and is a Neighborhood Playhouse Graduate. Theatre credits include: Monster (soloNOVA Arts Festival at PS122: 2010 NYIT Award Nominee for ‘Outstanding Solo Performance’ & soloNOVA ‘Breakthrough Performer’), Willy Nilly (Actor’s Playhouse; 2009 Fringe Encore Series), Kitsch (Theater for the New City), Lady Cryptozoologist (Saturday Night Saloon by Vampire Cowboys), Goodnight, Sister (NY Playwrights Lab at Cherry Lane), Diversey Harbor (The Kraine), The Hunt for Treasure (Abingdon Theater), Mina (La Mama), Mass/Person (Manhattan Theatre Source). Mr. Pearson is a co-founding member of sketch comedy group Really Sketchy and a member of The Bridge Theatre Company. He can be seen as part of Direct Arts’ presentation of Genny Lim’s Paper Angels at the 2010 San Francisco Fringe Festival.
